Other Forms of Creatine
Other forms of creatine include:
Micronized Creatine is essentially creatine monohydrate that has been micronized. This means that the molecules within the creatine have been split. The benefits are very similar to creatine monohydrate, however the smaller molecules increase absorption throughout the body and less bloating in the stomach.
Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE)
CEE is a creatine molecule with an additional ester connected to it. This type of creatine is the most absorbent type of creatine, and the additional ester allows for a 99% absorption rate within the body. The benefits are very similar to creatine monohydrate, however there is an increased absorption rate throughout the body and less bloating in the stomach.
Creatine nitrate is a creatine molecule bonded to a nitrate molecule. It is more soluble than creatine monohydrate and as well as having the benefits of creatine, it also has the vasodilation effect of nitrates.
Creatine orate is created when creatine is attached to an orate molecule. This orate molecule helps with optimising cell function and energy use from ATP. Therefore it gives you more energy than using creatine monohydrate and dramatically decreases fatigue levels.
